Conscious Fitness is the idea of wanting to better ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually by doing really hard things, but from a place of self love, worthiness, self awareness and empathy for ourselves and others.

It’s about working in just as hard as working out.

It’s about realizing that we are perfectly worthy as we are, but wanting to continue to grow and progress at our own pace not dictated by anyone else.

It’s about learning how to operate out of self love instead of self hate, which will naturally result in being kind to ourselves and in being kind to ourselves we will want to treat our bodies with kindness as well by doing physically hard things, not as a punishment but because it feels good in the long run to do hard things. We know those hard things will help us grow into more capable more resilient versions of ourselves.

Conscious Fitness is this idea of doing the hard uncomfortable work that we know we need to do, but from a shift in perception where we fall in love with the process because we fall in love with ourselves.
